    Made in Japan, the Supertool SVC-L Vertical Lifting Clamp features a remote-release mechanism for safer, more efficient load handling. Ideal for vertical lifting of steel plates and structures, it allows the operator to disengage the clamp without approaching the load. With a locking cam system, heavy-duty construction, and precise grip, the SVC-L enhances productivity and operator safety in fabrication shops, yards, and on-site operations.

    Description

    Vertical lifting clamp for the lifting of steel plates and steel structures.

    • With the use of a remote control lever and rope, which are supplied with the clamp, the clamp can be unlocked from the floor to detach from the work piece.
    • The spring-loaded tightening lock mechanism assures a positive initial clamping force.
    • The clamping force increases in proportion to the weight of the load.
    • The main body and the shackle are made of die-forging which is optimally tempered for maximum strength and durability.
    • High-frequency quenching of special alloy steels gives greater durability to the cam.
    • The main body is a baked-on finished.
